We’re sorry to see you go. Submitting this form permanently deletes your Pet Hair Set account and the personal data associated with it.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone, avatar) and login credentials
  • Your saved pets, addresses, and payment method references
  • Your appointment history, chat messages, and push tokens
  • Any wallet balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered

What we’re required to keep (7 years, per Indian tax & accounting law)

  • Invoices, refunds, and GST records tied to completed transactions
  • Anti-fraud / abuse logs required by our payment processor

Retained records are anonymised- your name, address, and contact details are stripped. Retained records are anonymised and replaced with a random ID within 30 days.
